Help4 Realtime IP Blocklist

Request a listing review

If an address you use is listed, you can submit evidence for a manual security review. Shared connections, compromised devices, and reassigned addresses need context; an IP listing is not proof of a person's identity.

An appeal is not an unblock request approval.

Blocks remain in force during review. Permanent no-release holds are not eligible for removal through the appeal process. Other permanent listings require explicit, signed operator authorization before any release. No payment, promise, or repeated submission guarantees removal.

What we require

Do not send passwords, private keys, identity documents, customer data, or unredacted logs. Initial appeals are plain text without attachments. Staff may request limited evidence through a secure channel.

What happens next

Your request enters the existing Abuse support queue. An operator checks the evidence, current traffic, and any permanent hold. Incomplete, unverifiable, or repeated requests may be declined. Submitting a form, passing a browser check, or proving access to an email account does not establish ownership of an address.

If the block prevents access to our site or support form, use the email alternative with the same evidence. Keep follow-ups in the same case. There is no guaranteed response or delisting time, and we cannot force third-party feed users to refresh their rules.
